Psalm 139:7-10
"Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast."
Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast."

Robin Hood

My brother says this is seriously the best Disney movie out there. And I'd have to agree that it's quite a forgotten wonder. It's got fabulous characters (I personally like Friar Tuck) and catchy songs.
We were all excited to rent it tonight but Shamrock Video said they'd sold it.
What's up with that?!

For Philip...

For Christmas I received a rather large duffel bag for my trip, and my brother commented that I could comfortably bring home a small child in it. Then he continued to insist that I bring him home a "bush baby" (I think I could fit many more than one though) . So Phil, this photo and article are for you. I'll do my best to at least get a shot of one of these guys, but they are nocturnal. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16652502/from/ET/

FHUHS

On Monday night my dad and I went to a FHUHS Slaters' basketball game. I've been back there a couple of times since I graduated, but boy, it was so weird to be sitting there in the stands watching these kids. They all looked so young. I recognized a few faces and even some folks I graduated with, but still. The question that my peers and I are always asking when we think back on high school and when we see current high schoolers is... "Did we look that young and act that way?" Unfortunatelly the answer is probably "yes" for most of us.The suspense!!! (Note Dad's leaning forward and jaw dropped.)
The Slaters won against Mill River off course.
I kept catching myself about to shout "Go Houghton!!!" from the stands. It must just be ingrained now so that saying "Go Slaters!" just doesn't come naturally.
